Unfortunately, accidents do sometimes happen. In order for a helmet to do its job and protect your head, it manages the crash forces by absorbing the impact – after the crash, the helmet will no longer be able to protect you efficiently against further impacts. The helmet has now served its purpose and a replacement is required.
If you have purchased a Bell helmet in the UK and been involved in a crash or accident, we would be happy to offer you a replacement at a discounted rate.
Promotional Period 1/10/23 to 30/11/23:
Bell helmets purchased directly from Bell Bike Helmets UK or from any authorised retail partner during the promotional period, will be eligible for 100% free, like for like replacement if the helmet is damaged as the result of a crash occurring within the first 12 months after the purchase date. Limited to one replacement per helmet purchased and valid only to the original purchaser. A replacement helmet must be ordered within 1 month of the claim date.
Helmets purchased before 1/10/23 or after 30th of November 2023, will be subject to our standard offer of a replacement helmet at a discounted rate and based on crash damage caused within the first two years after purchase
